Step 1:  Register for an Account/Sign into Account

• Skaters only have to set-up/register for an account once, after account is created Step 1 = Login to Account. If you skate at multiple Ice Den locations (Scottsdale, Chandler & Performance) an account will be required for each facility.
• Skaters under 13 require a FAMILY account set-up with a primary parent profile. (See Link Below). Children under the age of 13 should not have their own login due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA).
• You may add family members under your account. Once added, choose the name of the skater you wish to register for a Freestyle session.
• Skaters 13+ are encouraged to set-up an individual account with a dedicated/unique email address. The individual account will be required to access the Mobile App.  

Step 2: Purchase Sessions to Your Account

• Sessions can be purchased individually or multi-book. 
• To multi-book sessions, first identify how many on -ice and off-ice sessions you plan to participate in and the associated session fee. 
• Purchase the respective packages (fee/# of sessions) for those you wish to schedule. 

Step 3: Book Sessions

1. Book and pay for individual session. "Pay as you go."
    
2. Once pre-paid packages are purchased skaters can multi-book classes in one transaction.

• When pre-paid sessions are depleted, purchase new packages.
• Pre-paid sessions are valid for 6-months.

Class registration will automatically close at scheduled session start time or when capacity is reached.

Skaters are not permitted to skate if skater name is not registered for session.  Skaters who intentionally skate knowing they have not registered will be subject to disciplinary action including loss of ice privileges.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
